Kim is wonderful! My wife and I moved to Raleigh from Colorado. We were very excited to move to a new city and state, but also nervous since we knew very little about the area. As a first time home buyer Toni was great to work with. I meet her a few years ago at an open house shortly after I had stared a new business so was not in the position to buy but remember having a great conversation and receiving a handwritten note from her afterwards. While that level of  consideration is rare these days when I reached out almost 5 years later she actually remember meeting me.
