LISA KAYLOR
Co-creator of the YBR Realty team, Lisa has lived in the Triangle for more than 20 years and has been practicing real estate in the area for at least half of that time. She's seen the community grow and change, and keeps a pulse on the latest trends and developments as the Triangle continues to skyrocket. From neighborhoods, to schools, entertainment locales and up-and-coming developments, Lisa can help buyers and sellers alike navigate the marketplace.

Lisa managed more than 100 agents in Fonville Morisey's Brier Creek office. Her connections in the industry help buyers with inside-access to some of the hottest properties on the market, and serve as additional marketing opportunities for sellers.

Lisa is a member of the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors, the North Carolina Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Triangle Multiple Listing Association. She is a Relocation Certified Associate.

When she's not working, Lisa is updating her home (she loves interior design), playing with her new granddog - a mini-aussie doodle - or heading to the Outer Banks with her husband for a little beach time.
KIM SAYLOR
Co-creator of the ​YBR Realty team, Kim has a history of 43 years of outstanding customer service both in Real Estate, Radio-logic Technology and Radiation Oncology. Whether its helping her clients or patients, she believes in putting her customers and their needs first... always!

Kim is a member of the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors, the North Carolina Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Triangle Multiple Listing Association and the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors Grievance Committee. She is a Relocation Certified Associate.

In her spare time, Kim loves working in her yard and garden, spending time at our North Carolina coast as often as possible and spending time with family and friends. She found during the COVID-19 pandemic that she really enjoys cooking with her husband. Kim loves that first cup of morning coffee spent with her beloved pups and when she has the time she enjoy challenging puzzles and getting totally lost in a great book!

As a Raleigh native, Toni is passionate about why so many people want to call the triangle area their home! KELLIE BENDER
Kellie Bender is a true Raleigh native having grown up in the City of Oaks. She attended East Carolina University and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management with a concentration in Meetings and Events. After graduation, she worked in the Meetings and Events industry domestically and internationally for pharmaceutical companies. While she enjoyed traveling all over the world, she always looked forward to returning home to her favorite city.
For the last few years, Kellie has worked tirelessly applying her meticulous attention to detail, organized project management skills, and in-depth local knowledge to the real estate industry. Whether you’re buying or selling, when you’re ready to reach your real estate goals, she’s ready to help you!
When she is not working, Kellie enjoys spending time with her husband Jared, their son Carter, daugher Blake, dog Baxter, family and friends. She loves traveling, cooking and exploring new and exciting things in the Triangle.
